Transport Report: Kirstie has written to the Chair of the Cowal Transport Forum asking for an item on the agenda for the next meeting re the mis information put out as a result of the landslide on the A815. Due to the landslide the temporary bus timetable for the 486 service are as follows 6.26 am and the 15.38 to Cairndow and LFO will terminate at St Catherines ,an the LFO/ Cairndow to Dunoon at 7.17am and 16.52 will run from St Catherine's back to Dunoon. the services to Inveraray at 8.54 and 12.24 and the returns are unaffected this is because the A815 will only be open between 8.30am and 16.00 under temporary traffic measures. A member of the public said that there were no sign at the top of the Rest and Be Thankful warning that the road is closed at the A815. A letter was also received tonight from ABC asking that we ask people in there vehicles DO NOT QUE on the A83 waiting for the road (A815) to open at 8.30am as this is dangerous as vehicle are queuing on the main carriageway coming from Cairndow and coming from the RABT.
