Conveners opening remarks Archie welcomed all to the meeting and thanked them for all for their support over the last year. also thanked PC Michael Cunningham for for the Police reports and continued support to the Community Council. Archie would like to Congratulate Kate Paton an all at Strachur Hub for reaching 10 years of helping the residents of Strachur and beyond it was agreed we would give them a donation of £250.00

matters Arising: None
Secretaries report: Since taking over the Secretaries post last AGM I have dealt with correspondence articles for the newsletter consultations and other secretarial duties and liaised with neighbouring Community Councils Special thanks to Tom McCowan secretary to Dunoon Community Council for all his help and assistance and Police Scotland
Treasurers report; The accounts are attached to the minutes and were audited by Anne McLauchlan and deemed to be correct with an outstanding balance of £2456.72 (see attached balance sheet). Archie thanked Anne MacLauchlan for auditing the accounts for 2005/2026
Election of Community Councillors the following were installed Archie Reid Convener William McGladdery Vice Convener Lizzie MacDonald Treasurer Kirstie Reid Secretary and Health Lead, Isabel McGladdery Member

Archie declared the AGM closed at 19.42 and opened the ordinary meeting.
