Strachur & District Flower Show

Location: Strachur Memorial Hall

If your garden is bursting with beautiful blooms and giant veg, or your kitchen is filled with homemade preserves and luscious cakes, why not enter this year’s Strachur and District Flower Show?
Join us at Strachur Memorial Hall on Saturday 22 August 2026 for this summer event. Doors open to visitors at 2.00pm, with the presentation of cups and prizes beginning at 3.00pm.
Residents of Strachur and District can enter, with classes for children so the whole family can take part. Competition labels cost 50p each and will be available on the day. Entries should be brought to the Hall between 8.30am and 11am on the day of the show. For details of entry classes and rules, please pick up a copy of the show schedule, available from the Filly or Bay Cottage.
Admission is £2.50 for adults and £1 for children, including tea or coffee and a slice of home baking.
If you were a cup winner in 2025, please return your trophy before the show. Contact Angela to arrange pick up/drop off (call 07721 753959 or email strachurflowershow@gmail.com or bring to the Hall on Friday 21 August between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
