Strachur & District Flower Show

Location: Strachur Memorial Hall

Think you’ve got prize-worthy perennials or top-notch tomatoes? Would your cakes make Mary Berry weep with joy? If so, please join us at the Memorial Hall, Strachur on Saturday 23 August for the annual Strachur and District Flower Show. Doors open at 2pm and the presentation of winners’ cups and prizes will start from 3pm.
All residents in the District can enter, the kids can get creative too. Competition labels (50p per label) will be available on the day. You can bring your entries to the Hall between 8.30am and 11am on the day of the show. For details of entry categories and competition rules, please pick up a copy of the show schedule, available now from the Filly or Bay Cottage.
Admission fee includes tea/coffee and cake - £2.50 for adults / £1 for children.
Could we please ask 2024 winners to return their cups in advance of the show – either contact Angela to arrange pick up/drop off (call 07721 753959 or email strachurflowershow@gmail.com ) or bring to the Hall on Friday 22 August between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
We’d love to see you (and your quality clematis) there - and don’t forget that the wonkiest vegetables can be prize winners too!
