Strachur District Community Minibus

Process to hire the Strachur District Community Minibus

  1. Email strachurminibus@gmail.com with the dates and times of your proposed rental. If agreed then this slot can be held pending steps 2 - 4.

  2. Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire

  3. Provide the information required on the Register an Organisation page.

  4. Provide the information required on the Register as a Minibus Driver page.

  5. Agree date time and location for pick-up and drop-off

  6. Complete and return the Pre-Hire Agreement form and confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions. This can be done by email.

  7. Pick up the vehicle as agreed. Record the mileage on the log sheet in the minibus. Walk round the vehicle to inspect for any damage. If there is any damage please note on the log sheet, photograph, email photos to strachurminibus@gmail.com.

  10. Refuel at Strachur filling station. (For returns planned in the evening an arrangement will be made to refill next morning) .

  11. Return to planned drop-off point. Record the mileage on the log sheet in the minibus. Walk round the vehicle to inspect for any damage, and if there is please record and report as above. Return keys as agreed.

  12. We will send you an invoice after the hire is completed. Please pay within 14 days.
