1 Welcome,The chairman opened the meeting and welcomed all present.

3 Minutes of meeting held on 21 April 2010
The minutes having been distributed were approved as accurate and signedby the Chair.
4 Archie gave a report on the previous year and his sadden to receive resignation of his Secretary and Treasure these positions will have to be in place tonight.

C.C. meeting to be called for within 2 weeks to appoint Secretary.
